Synopsis
In a world of rampant and ever-increasing anti-semitism, it seems preposterous that in some circles, the idea of being Jewish would be considered “fashionable”. Jewish identity is complex. It is an identity that carries many a millennia of suffering and oppression with it and demands a daily vigilance against anti-semitism. It is not a costume, and it is not to be taken lightly. Yet, even if we really could trade places, scars would still be left with those who have suffered the burden of their identity.
